Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 13 July 2026
Welcome to Annora Fresh. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of annorafresh.com, including your use of our website, customer account, shopping features, product enquiry services, and purchase of products.
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please discontinue using the website if you do not agree with these terms.
1. About Annora Fresh
Annora Fresh supplies commodity and food products, including pulses and related products.
In these Terms and Conditions:
- “Annora Fresh,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the business operating annorafresh.com.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any visitor, customer, buyer, business, or organisation using the website.
- “Products” refers to goods displayed, supplied, or sold by Annora Fresh.
- “Website” refers to annorafresh.com and its associated pages and services.
2. Eligibility to Use the Website
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through our website.
Where a person uses the website on behalf of a company, partnership, organisation, or other business, that person confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that organisation.
3. Customer Accounts
Some website features may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account information updated
- Keep your username and password confidential
- Not share your account with an unauthorised person
- Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, inaccurate information, security risks, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, quantities, packaging details, and other information.
However, because many of our products are agricultural or naturally sourced commodities:
- Colour, size, texture, shape, and appearance may vary between batches
- Product images may be used for presentation or reference
- Actual packaging may differ from images displayed on the website
- Minor natural variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect
- Availability may depend on season, supply, quality, and market conditions
Information printed on the product packaging, including net quantity, batch details, storage instructions, manufacture or packing date, best-before date, and other statutory declarations, will apply to the supplied product.
Please contact us before ordering if you require a particular grade, variety, origin, size, specification, packing type, or quantity.
5. Product Availability
All products and quantities displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your cart, wishlist, or comparison list does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability.
We may:
- Limit the quantity available for purchase
- Discontinue a product
- Change the available pack size
- Refuse an order where stock is unavailable
- Offer a replacement only after obtaining your approval
Where a paid product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and your preference.
6. Prices and Taxes
Product prices may change due to market conditions, availability, sourcing costs, transportation expenses, taxes, or other commercial factors.
The applicable price will normally be the price displayed or communicated when your order is confirmed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees
- Applicable taxes may be added or included as displayed
- Shipping, handling, transport, or delivery charges may apply separately
- Bulk, wholesale, and commercial orders may require a separate quotation
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, calculation, tax, or typographical errors before dispatching an order.
Where an incorrect price has been displayed, we may contact you for approval of the corrected price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order or enquiry does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.
An order will be considered accepted when we:
- Confirm the order through email, telephone, WhatsApp, invoice, or website notification; or
- Dispatch the products, whichever occurs first
We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect price or product information
- Invalid or incomplete delivery details
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
- Delivery location restrictions
- Unusually large quantities
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another agreed method.
8. Bulk and Commercial Orders
Bulk, wholesale, institutional, distributor, reseller, or commercial orders may be subject to additional conditions stated in a quotation, purchase order, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
Bulk order terms may include:
- Minimum order quantity
- Product grade and specifications
- Packaging requirements
- Price validity
- Taxes and transportation charges
- Payment schedule
- Delivery timeline
- Inspection conditions
- Acceptable quantity variation
- Cancellation restrictions
Where specific written commercial terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the specific written terms will apply to that transaction.
9. Payment
Available payment methods may be displayed during checkout or communicated when confirming an order.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, or financial institutions. Their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies may apply.
Annora Fresh is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a bank, card issuer, payment gateway, UPI provider, or other payment service provider.
We will not be required to process or dispatch an order where payment has failed, been reversed, or remains unpaid.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by you.
Estimated delivery periods are provided for guidance and may vary because of:
- Product availability
- Delivery location
- Courier or transport operations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect customer information
- Events beyond our reasonable control
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, mobile number, and delivery instructions.
We will not be responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Detailed shipping conditions are governed by our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy.
11. Inspection After Delivery
You should inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Please check:
- Whether the correct products were delivered
- Package condition
- Quantity received
- Visible damage or leakage
- Batch and date information
- Any major quality issue
Where a package is visibly damaged, open, leaking, or tampered with at delivery, you should record clear photographs or videos and notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
Complaints should include:
- Order or invoice number
- Product name
- Quantity affected
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video
- Packaging and batch information, where available
Claims submitted without sufficient order information or supporting evidence may be difficult to verify.
12. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Order cancellations, replacements, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy.
Because our products may include food items, agricultural commodities, and products affected by storage conditions, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, expired at delivery, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
A change of mind may not qualify for a return after the order has been packed, dispatched, delivered, opened, or used.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any non-excludable consumer right available under applicable law.
13. Product Storage and Use
Customers must follow the storage, handling, preparation, and usage instructions stated on the package.
Commodity and food products should generally be:
- Stored in a clean, cool, and dry place
- Protected from direct sunlight and moisture
- Kept in suitable sealed containers after opening
- Protected from insects and contamination
- Used before the stated best-before or expiry date
We are not responsible for deterioration caused after delivery by improper storage, exposure to moisture, contamination, infestation, mishandling, or failure to follow the package instructions.
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns should review the package information and consult an appropriate professional before consuming a product.
14. Accuracy of Customer Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the website is accurate.
This includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile number
